A fully immersive haunted house experience inside a real abandoned bank at 415 Broadway in SoHo. Expect terrifying live actors, cinematic sets, and a story that drags you through vaults, alleys, and beyond.
Haunted Bank NYC is located at 415 Broadway New York, NY 10013 - the entrance is on Canal St between the downtown NQRW Subway Lines.
The experience takes place in an indoor venue.
The experience is self-guided, but lasts around 35 to 40 minutes.
We have updated HEPA compliant air-filters in our HVAC system, and maintain a clean environment for all guests. We recommend guests experiencing sickness to rebook for a later date.
We do not have accessibility features for deaf people, but the experience is very visual and could still be engaging.
We allow an accessibility guide to join a visually impaired guest at no additional cost.
There will be theatrical lighting, and at moments strobe. Accessibility Warning: Strobe Lighting
Please be advised that this experience contains the use of strobe lights and flashing visual effects. These elements may not be suitable for individuals with:
- Photosensitive epilepsy or other light sensitivities
- Visual, neurological, or vestibular conditions that can be triggered by flashing lights

We will not have Food or Beverage on site for purchase or consumption.
Taking photos in the experience is strictly prohibited. There is a photo moment at the end of the experience.
There is no seating throughout the experience.

Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your scheduled time.
We will do our best to accommodate the next available time-slot but do not guarantee entry into the experience.
Animals are prohibited from this experience.
Due to the intense nature of the lighting and decor, we would recommend against bringing service dogs into the experience.
We recommend ages 14 and up. Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Yes, we are an ADA compliant venue.
There is a parking lot, directly behind the venue on Lispenard, and some street parking available during the evening.
In the event of an extreme weather occurrence, accommodations will be made on a case by case basis.
